Is it anonymous? Yes. Listings, posts and the member list show a random name like "Bulldog #1234", never your netid or email. Your Yale email is only shared with someone once you message them or respond to their offer.

Who can use this? Anyone with a @yale.edu address. You verify with an emailed code. One account per person (aliases like +tag count as the same account).

How do I buy? Open a listing in Tickets For Sale, then make an offer (the seller accepts or declines in their inbox) or just message them. Can't find tickets? Post a request in Wanted and sellers will come to you. Agree on payment (Venmo etc.) and do a mobile ticket transfer. yaleTIX never handles money or tickets.

How are fake low-ball listings stopped?

• Verified Yale email, one account per person.
• Max 3 active listings per person and 3 new listings per day. Deleting and reposting doesn't get around it.
• The "typical price" is the median across sellers, one vote per seller, so one person can't move it with many listings.
• A listing priced under 60% of the typical price is rejected. Minimum $10.
• 3 reports from different students auto-hide a listing until a moderator looks at it.
